How can Hypnotherapy help with anxiety?
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived danger. It might not feel like a natural response, but it's your body's way of protecting you and can be often called the "fight, flight or freeze" response. Hundred's of years ago our mind and bodies would use the anxiety to tell us that there is a real danger from being attacked by a lion for instance. Nowadays we don't have such threats, but our bodies haven't caught up to the changes in society.
