Confidence is a belief in your abilities. It's a trust in yourself to handle any situation in the way you would like. It's having that belief system that you have got this, you know that you can do it so you just do it.

Self Esteem is a belief in your worth and value as a person. Accepting yourself, the whole you, flaws included.
How Hypnotherapy can help
If you have been told in the past that "you can't do that" or that "your rubbish at things like that" it can really dent your self esteem. Your mind naturally believes the negative thoughts that you have either been told or that you tell yourself. This can then knock your confidence and belief in yourself especially in things that you used to be able to do.

It can help empower you have more feelings of worthiness and capability. The mind is a powerhouse and is the epicentre of where the emotions live. So if the mind can highten emotions then it can lower them as well.
