I have a passion to help childless women find a purpose and worth in life. I have now found my purpose in life and want to help others find theirs and to say that there can be joy and happiness in a life you didn't imagine.
I am passionate in helping young people with anxiety, to understand their emotions and find their superpower. I went through a really tough time at school and I am passionate at giving the support to young people that I didn't have.

Although therapy is unique, most clients start to notice a difference from their first session. Most notice significant long lasting changes after 3-6 sessions.
I will guide you to visit old memories, only if required, with the intention to reframe them to become more positive so you can gentle let them go. Most clients only need to do this once.
You don't need to be put into a deep trance. All issues are rooted in a natural trance state so I de-hypnotise you to reframe your issues.
